We join legal proceedings to prove employment relationship of Polish caregiver in Germany

Our union decided to join the precedent-setting court case of Elżbieta Czechowicz and SoftCare24 who employed her as a caregiver in Germany based on an allegedly unlawful civil contract. The caregiver’s salary was drastically underestimated, and her work had all features of full-time employment. The member of our union filed a lawsuit to prove an employment relationship and a claim for payment of PLN 59 000. The case is being run by an attorney at law Bartosz Śliwiński.
